3.5   Configurations

At the top of DropDMG’s Preferences window is the configurations pop-up menu. The Save Configuration As… command lets you save the current state of the Preferences window as a named configuration. Choosing a configuration from the pop-up menu applies that configuration’s settings to the Preferences window. Thus, you can have a configuration for each kind of image or archive that you create and easily switch between the configurations depending on the task at hand. The Edit Configurations… command opens a window that lets you view all of the saved configurations. You can also use this window to rename configurations or delete them.
